Synthetic grass is either a polypropylene or polyethelene fibre woven into a rubber latex backing. It can be produced either as monofilament or fibrulated. It comes in various heights from 8mm to 70mm pile heights and densities (stich rates) for differing applications. It also comes in a variety of differing colours and shades (green, blue, terracotta, yellow, red, white) are the most common.

Domestic lawns will never need watering, mowing, airating, de-thatching, weeding or fertilising. For residents who install the lawn in high trafic areas, an occational brooming may be needed to keep it looking in top shape.
In commercial applications such as sporting surfaces overall maintenance is reduced dramatically. However, a specific low maintenance schedule and service can be produced for each application.
YES - TechSurf Synthetic Lawn has very high UV protection and will not fade. It requires NO watering which makes it perfect for hot, dry climates.
TechSurf also has an additional coating where desired that will keep the lawn coll in hot climates.
YES - When you install TechSurf Synthetic Lawn no longer will you have organic grass problems in wet areas such as mould, lack of coverage and waterlogging.
TechSurf Synthetic Lawn has perforations that allows water to pass through the lawn at approximately the same rate as organic lawn. This is adequate during normal rainfall showers. However, to cater for heavy downpoors appropriate drainage will still be required for run-off as per organic grass.
NO - TechSurf Synthetic Lawn has very high UV protection and has been tested to ensure fading does not occur even in extreme climates.
Our products can last up to 20 years. They are covered by a manufacturers warranty varying from 5 to 10 years, depending on the product and our installations are guaranteed.
YES - our lawns are pet friendly. Urine will not bleach the lawn. Domestics pets love to lie on the lawn.

YES - We can supply DIY instructions which explain the installation procedure from start to finish. We sell off the roll, 3.66m wide by the length required. We also supply all needed installation materials.
Our prices vary from $20psm supply only and from $45psm supplied and laid. The overall price varies depending on the size and shape of the area to be covered. Although more expensive than organic grass for initial installation, it proves to be a more long-term, economical and convient option.
